Château Pas du Cerf - Instinct - Côtes de Provence 2021 (White)
Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic with some herbal notes, mint, lemongrass, lime and white fleshed fruit. Medium weight with good grip and fine extract, sweet fruit blends with a crisp acidity, mild oak underneath leading to a long and pure finish.

Château Pas du Cerf - Mar Lise- Côtes de Provence 2013 (Red)
Dense core and a mature rim. Developed and complex aromas offering mild oak, earthy truffle and sous bois notes with sweet fruit and liquorice. The paate is still youthful but with a ripe texture and tannin having softened, layered dark fruit with pepper, liquorice and clove notes, still a slight oak presence but well matured with fine drinkability and complexity.
