Harvest began
Harvest began on Monday, August 19th with the Sémillon grape, the white wines always reach maturity first.
2024 is a capricious vintage. Cold came sooner than usually, we therefore had to be patient to collect our beautiful grapes at optimal maturity.
Harvest lasted a month and finally ended on Friday, September 20th with the Mourvèdre and Clairette grapes. Despite some rains, the sunny and windy weather allowed healthy and ripe grapes to be harvested.
A beautiful acidity present in the grapes will bring freshness and balance to rosé and white wines.
Now, it's the moment of vinification. It’s an exciting time: every detail counts to transform these magnificent grapes into a wine that we hope will delight your palates.
When tasting the first rosé wines, the Tibouren grape variety has a beautiful freshness and develops white peach aromas. Concerning the red wine, a nice surprise with our Carignan plenty of fruit with cherry tastes.
Thank you to our team for their motivation and happiness!
