ROCHER DES CROIX
Its history:
The "Rocher des Croix" limits our forest domain and, from hight of the Massif des Maures, dominates the vineyard.
It represents the schistous aspect of our soil.
The vinification:
Vatting 1 month. Punching of the cap,selection of juices. Maturating in oak barrel during 12 months.
Grape variety:
Syrah (50%) - Grenache (60%) - Tibouren (20%)
Wine tasting:
Deep colour.
Powerful nose with aromas of grilled coffee, cocoa, liquorice, undergrowth and clove. Rich wine which expresses its density during all the tasting with fine but present tannins.
Well balanced, rich and long wine.
To drink with:
Beef Rossini,

Taste temperature: 14-16°C
Wine for aging: 8 years |
