Its history:

Godess of hunting, Diana is also the name of the owners’ second daughter.

The vineyard:

·         Middle-ages : 15 years old

·         Average yield : 50 hl / ha

·         Schistous soil

The vinification:

·        Special vinification for reds

·        Direct press for rosés and whites

·         75 cl – Case of 6 bottles

50 cl / 37, 5 cl – Case of 12 bottles

·         Decorated case – Bottles lay down with separation

Wine tasting:
Brillant, deep and intense colour.
Intense nose of black fruits, thyme and mineral aromas.
Round and generous tannins.
An expressive wine with assertive character.

To drink with:

 Aperitif, ham and cheese, cured ham, melon and “pasta”.

Taste temperature : 14 - 16°C

Wine for aging : 3 years
