Its history:
From human memories, the origin of « Pas du Cerf » was relating by the ancients on evenings. In 1533, our king of France, François the Ist stayed in south of As it was an undulating country, the King followed to hunt in walking. A huge stag was killed and as a tribute to the King, this place was called : « Le Pas du Cerf » (stag’s pace).

The vinification : · Red : Vatting during 1 month – Maturing in tank · Rosé / White : Skiny maceration during 12 hours for the Rosé and 24 hours for the White · Alcoholic fermentation at very low temperature

It is the meaning wine which exhales smells of citrus fruits and exotic fruits qualified by balsamic notes and by aromatic plants. Wine with personality in mouth, we appreciate the texture, the grain, the balance between fleshy and firmness as well as the length and the souvenir. A wine of meal which can support many food.
