Beautiful pale colour, with peach nuance.
It distils scents fruity of peach, melon, “English candy” with a mineral point.
The mouth is soft, silky, very feminine, delicate, slightly sweetened, ending in a refreshing note which invites to re-taste.
A real Spring pleasure.
To drink with: Aperitif, Fishes or “ratatouille”.
