Godess of hunting, Diana is also the name of the owners’ second daughter.

Wine tasting :
Attractive pale colour but full of brightness with a discreet raspberry nuance. it exhales a fine nose where dominate fruity scents of banana, strawberry, mandarin and pomegranate.
The mouth is firm and soft at the same time with a pleasant upstroke between the initial sweetness and a refreshing final. Elegant and long which leaves a pleasant souvenir.
To drink with: Fish, “anchoïade”, exotic meals, aperitif and Asian food.
Taste temperature : 8 - 12 °C
Wine for aging : 1 to 2 years
