ROCHER DES CROIX
Its history:
The “Rocher des Croix” limits our forest domain and, from high of the Massif des Maures, dominates the vineyard.
It represents the schistous aspect of our soil.

The vinification :
Skiny maceration during 24 hours
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature
Selection of drop juices
White 3 % vinified in oak barrel and maturing with lees

Wine tasting :
Elegant, brilliant colour with beautiful green reflections.
Beautiful aromatic expression with scents of exotic fruits and yellow flowers melted with some buttered notes.
The mouth is generous, balanced, filled with these aromas of fresh fruit, well refreshing in the end with a light welcome bitterness.
An elegant and rich wine, to accompany a whole meal.
To drink with: aperitif, « tartare de noix de Saint Jacques aux mangues », « Salade de langoustines aux agrumes ».
